We make ordering simple and intuitive by providing an online order form, a printable order form for faxing, and a toll-free number for speaking to one of our associates directly who can help you complete your order right away by phone. - Once your order is received, we email or fax a copy of your order to you to confirm the order and provide you with an estimated shipping date. We won't begin our work until we know your order is correct.
- After you're satisfied the order is correct, we order
your product for quick delivery to our production facility.
- If we don't already have your logo or image on file, we'll request that you provide a digital image of your logo that we'll use to decorate your items. We then develop a mock image of how your custom embroidery will look (also known as a “sew-out”). Once this image is complete, we send this to you for approval to ensure the final product will be exactly what you envision. We'll make as many revisions to the sew-out image as necessary to get it right and we won't stitch a thing until you're satisfied.
- After you've approved the sewn-out image, we send your
order to our production line for sewing and after a careful quality
assurance inspection, your order is completed and shipped to
you.
