At Impact Apparel, we realize your time is limited. That is why we have made the ordering process straight-forward and easy to understand. Our team of professionals will help you select the proper apparel, artwork and delivery methods to ensure your project is a success.

Consider the Proper Apparel Item for the Project

Different jobs call for different apparel, and our company can provide almost any brand or style of shirt, hat, bag or other item. We work closely with all the major manufacturers to ensure you get the most selection at the best prices in the area. No matter if you need custom t-shirts or embroidery on golf shirts, Impact apparel can provide high-quality solutions for your every need. If you already know a specific brand or style, please let us know.

Please Determine an Order Quantity

When you contact our support team, please have an idea of the quantity for apparel required. We realize that in fundraising projects, you may not be sure of the final amount, but try to consider the minimum amount of items to meet your goals. NOTE: Impact Apparel does have a 24-piece minimum when it comes to apparel. We are able to produce smaller quantities (upon request), but the price points will most likely be higher.

Select Screen Printing or Embroidery

While our company is experienced in both silk screen printing and embroidery, the setup for producing such items are different. So make sure to let us know what you have in mind when placing your order.

Logo and Artwork Requirements

Oftentimes, the cost of screening and embroidering is determined by the number of colors in a logo and it’s complexity. Please provide us with a vector-based logo or piece of art to be used (Adobe Illustrator .eps or .ai files) for screen printing. Embroidery projects typically use .dst files.

Please be aware that simply copying/pasting internet images or jpeg images will not work when designing custom apparel. If you do not have your company logo or specific artwork in a vector-based image, we do have a Graphic Design Team in-house that can help create those for you – 30 minutes with every order and an additional fee for work that requires more time.

The Impact Apparel staff will put together an estimate for you based upon the above information and contact you within 24-hours with the quote. We will definitely answer any questions you may have and upon approval, process your order within two weeks. We do ship nationwide and have expediting options available as well.
